This policy explains the data processed when you use download-lagu-mp3.com. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
1. Data we process

2. Purposes
We process data to provide requested search, playback, history, recommendation, and conversion features; maintain security; diagnose failures; meet legal obligations; and improve reliability.
3. On-device storage
History, progress, likes, local subscriptions, and preferences are primarily stored in your browser. You can remove them through site features or browser settings. Private mode usually limits retention.
4. YouTube and Google
When YouTube players or thumbnails load, your browser communicates directly with YouTube/Google. They may receive IP, device, referrer, cookie, and interaction information under the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Vevioz, LRCLIB, and api.vevioz.com
Vevioz Login returns the profile data listed above after consent. DLM stores the profile and a local session; a secure session cookie lasts up to 30 days or until sign-out. The Vevioz authorization code and access token are used server-side for login and are not retained as the DLM session.
Track title, artist, and duration may be sent to LRCLIB for lyric matching. Video IDs or URLs and technical data may be sent to api.vevioz.com when conversion features are opened.
6. Basis and retention
Data is processed to perform requests, protect operations, meet legal duties, or based on consent where required. Local data remains until you remove it. Logs and communications are retained only as reasonably necessary.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers, YouTube/Google, LRCLIB, api.vevioz.com, advisers, or authorities where needed to provide the Service, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.
8. Your rights
Where Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 applies, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or object to processing. Proportionate verification may be required.
9. Children
The Service is not specifically directed to children. A parent or guardian should supervise use and ensure legal compliance.
10. Security and transfers
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet system is completely secure. Third-party providers may process data in other countries.
