Service identity. download-lagu-mp3.com is an independent service. It is not YouTube, Google LLC, or part of either company. YouTube and related marks belong to their respective owners.

By accessing or using this website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Scope of the Service

The Service may provide video search and discovery, an embedded YouTube player, on-device history and preferences, lyrics through LRCLIB, and access to conversion or download integrations through api.vevioz.com. Features, data sources, and availability may change.

2. Third-party services

YouTube videos are played through YouTube’s player. Use is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, LRCLIB terms, and applicable provider terms. We do not control ads, regional restrictions, login requirements, lyric accuracy, or embedding decisions.

3. Permitted use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for content you own, are authorized or licensed to use, or may use under applicable law.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Downloading, copying, distributing, or exploiting content without rights or permission.
• Circumventing technical, regional, login, age, advertising, or embedding restrictions.
• Using aggressive scraping, malware, attacks, or methods that burden the Service.
• Misusing brands, identities, data, or third-party rights.
• Using the Service for copyright infringement or unlawful activity.

5. Conversion and downloads

A download button or result does not grant a license or ownership. You must ensure each conversion or download is authorized by the rights holder, source-platform terms, and applicable law.

Conversion may be handled through api.vevioz.com. Required technical data may be sent to that service. We do not guarantee that every video can or may be converted.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in videos, audio, lyrics, thumbnails, channel names, brands, and metadata remain with their owners. LRCLIB attribution identifies a data source and does not transfer lyric rights.

7. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons. Continuous, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation is not guaranteed.

8. User responsibility

You are responsible for your activity, content choices, legal compliance, device, and connection. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, third-party disruption, or unauthorized content use.

Access may be restricted where there are indications of violations of these Terms, law, third-party rights, or system security.
